New Years Resolution

In a split second we are in another year, 2019… I believe this is going to be a great one. Making New Year's resolutions is a time-honored tradition all around the world. I believe that New Year’s resolutions are important; however they should be updated all year long.

It’s not uncommon for people to set unrealistic expectations when making New Year’s resolutions, which likely contributes to most of them failing. Over 90 % of them do, according to research by the University of Scranton.

According to research on the topic, about 60 % of us admit that we make New Year's resolutions but only about 8 % of us are successful in achieving them. Regardless of whether we achieved our previous resolutions, most resolutions in some way or another have to do with health. Whether it is physical or mental health.

1. Diet or eat healthier (71 %)

2. Exercise more (65 %)

3. Lose weight (54 %)

4. Save more and spend less (32 %)

5. Learn a new skill or hobby (26 %)

6. Quit smoking (21 %)

7. Read more (17 %)

8. Find another job (16 %)

9. Drink less alcohol (15 %)

10. Spend more time with family and friends (13 %)

Shockingly A great night sleep will not only improve your health (mental and Physical) it will also improve your quality of life so you can make it all happen. Here is to being the best us we can be!
