Finally, WE ARE BACK TO NORMAL PORTLAND. The rain is back and that fresh smell of grass and trees is back...and no longer covered in snow. With hundreds of power outages all over the Portland-Metro area, it's been troublesome for residents to stay warm and in good sleeping conditions. Hopefully by now, the city of Portland's power companies have restored people's electricity. If you are one of those people, or if you just want to know what best sleeping temperature, be sure to pay very close attention. For the best sleep results, your natural room temperature should be set at or around 65 degrees Fahrenheit. Studies have shown that your body will adjust, accommodate, and relax itself to the maximum extent. Be sure to not be too cold or too hot in bed. Make sure you are sleeping at the right temperature to ensure that you aren't tossing and turning all night. GET YOUR SLEEP!
