Stop and read before you go shopping

Stop before you leave your home:

We assume you’re reading this guide because you decided you need a new mattress (and not because you're fascinated with the latest and greatest in mattress technologies). Is your current mattress hurting you? Or you wake up tired or cranky? Perhaps you just want a larger size? Maybe you’re moving and want something new? Maybe it is just time? Whichever the case, our goal is to help you select the best mattress so you don’t make a mistake and don’t pay a penny more than you need to.

Stop Before you leave your home:

1. If you love your pillow, take it with you. It is 1/4th of your sleeping surface and will make a difference in your selection.

2. Measure the wall you want to put it on. Look at your size options. What size do you want? Do you need a mattress or mattress and box spring?

______Full ______Box ________Frame

______Queen ______Box ________Frame

______King ______Box ________Frame

______Cal King______Box ________Frame

3. Do you want an adjustable base? Now that people are downsizing, they are used by all ages. Yes, even teenagers. Just in case, see if there is an outlet on the wall that your bed would be resting against.

Your mattress is the most important purchase you will make. It affects all aspects of your life. Your mattress has a huge impact on your health, happiness, productivity, and the happiness of those around us. If you get the 8 hours of sleep per night for 9 years (which is about the average), 3 of those years will be spent asleep. However, many of us don’t think about our mattresses and how it impacts our lives every day.
