Our experienced delivery team will treat you professionally and kindly. This is something we have been doing together for many years and know what it takes to make the delivery successful. Sherri's Mattresses we want you to love what you get so we will know your family generations to come. Unfortunately, our team does not deliver to Washington. But we do offer a list of delivery services that customers can reach and set up deliveries with. They are hassle-free, reliable, and trustworthy. With Sherri's Mattresses, you can enjoy the delivery of your purchase anywhere in the Portland Metro Area. You will be contacted after your order to schedule a delivery time all deliveries include set up in the room of your choice (including up to 2 flights of stairs), removal of packaging, and the removal of an equal amount unwanted mattress pieces. Further accommodations can be requested at the time of delivery for additional fees. If you miss your agreed upon delivery time, you will be charged a $79.99 re-delivery fee. Free shipping on small items such as sheets and pillows may be shipped to you separately by an external shipping carrier.

Preparing your home for the delivery

To make sure all deliveries are timely and your delivery goes as fast and smoothly as possible please do just a few minor preparations, your home will be ready for the delivery of your new mattress set:

1. Clear a delivery path from your front door to your bedroom — removing obstructions such as furniture, breakables, and valuables.

2. If the delivery path includes narrow hallways or stairs that may introduce the potential for damage to your home or new mattress, the delivery team may ask you to sign a damage waiver in order to proceed with delivery.

3. Contain any house pets in a safe place during the delivery and set up of your new mattress set.

4. We require that the person receiving and signing the delivery acknowledgment must be at least 18 years of age.

5. Sherri's Mattresses must verify the identity of all C.O.D. customers. We require that all C.O.D. customers be present, with valid I.D. at the time of delivery. Local delivery areas only.

6. Due to the limited allocation of space on our delivery trucks, we are unable to remove more items than are delivered.

Sherri's Mattresses want you to love your purchase so please let us know if there are any concerns or questions. Our drivers are very educated in the mattress and warranty part of the mattress industry and are very qualified to answer your questions. Drivers cannot move or take away waterbeds, futons, headboards/footboards, frames, couches, sleep sofas, or any other furniture or appliances.

If for some crazy reason we don't have the best mattress for you, we will discuss alternate measures at that time. To ensure a no-hassle exchange, we strongly recommend that you purchase a mattress protector. We cannot take back any product that has any stains. Because the human body perspires approximately a quart a night, that makes it next to impossible to not stain the mattress.

You may exchange and we will pay for any local(within a five-mile radius) delivery cost. Not just a low price guarantee, but we guarantee the lowest price. If you find the same or comparable sleep set for less than our displayed or advertised price, simply bring in the advertisement (from a certified dealer) or invoice and we will beat the price by 10% or it's free; even for up to 100 days after your purchase. It does not apply to discontinued merchandise.
